For anything farther out, send me the location and I will put together a custom quote that covers getting there and staying the night, so you know the whole number before you decide anything.
The list below is where I am already headed. If your date lines up with a trip that is on it, the travel is largely taken care of and that usually works in your favour. If it does not, that is completely fine — most of where I go is because someone asked.
